Family Systemic Constellations, developed by Bert Hellinger, represent a methodological approach for exploring the invisible dynamics operating within family and intergenerational systems.

Through this work, connections, patterns, and influences that often act unconsciously and may condition individual choices, relationships, and experiences become visible. Constellations provide a space for observation and recognition, where these dynamics can be acknowledged and their order reoriented in accordance with systemic principles.

The process unfolds through family systemic representations, with attention to bodily experience and inner responses, supporting a clearer and more conscious stance toward one’s family history and personal role within it.

This approach encourages individual responsibility, clarity in decision-making, and a more stable relationship with oneself and with one’s system of belonging.

Participation is possible for one day or multiple days, depending on individual needs and the structure of the activity.
